We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy to ensure that our customers feel secure when booking their outdoor adventures with us. Cancellation Policy

General Guidelines

• Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before Arrival: Full refund of the booking amount minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations Made Between 14 and 30 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival: No refund available.

Special Conditions

• Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 7 days of the arrival date, no refund is available upon cancellation.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Certain promotional rates and special offers may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for any refunds regardless of the cancellation date.

Changes to Bookings

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your trip, please contact us at least 14 days before your original arrival date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Modifications

Any modifications to your booking (e.g., reducing the length of stay or changing the type of accommodation) made less than 14 days before arrival will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the above cancellation terms.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other situations beyond our control, Adventure SkyTrails reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
